ビハール州の野党の連合であるグランド・アライアンスが 11月6日~11日の選挙で勝利すれば 州内のアルコール禁酒法を 検討し 撤廃する可能性があると発表しました The Grand Alliance, Bihar’s opposition coalition, says it would review and potentially repeal the state’s liquor prohibition law if elected in the November 6-11 elections. CM副候補のムケシュ・サハニは,この禁止は社会的にも経済的にも失敗したと主張するが,同項の規定により農村の暮らしに支障が生じた. Deputy CM candidate Mukesh Sahani argued the ban has failed socially and economically, harming rural livelihoods tied to toddy tapping. 締約国は,地域で製造されたタライやタディなどの酒の製造等の伝統的慣習を復旧し,分散した地域社会を支援することを計画している. The alliance plans to restore traditional practices, including the production of locally made liquor like tari and taadi, to support marginalized communities.
