Women in Life Science Denmark (WiLD) is launching its third cohort of the Female Leadership Mentoring Program in November 2025, expanding to 20 mentor-mentee pairs with support from the Lundbeck and Novo Nordisk foundations. この12ヶ月の取り組みは、プロの開発やネットワークの育成を通じて、バイオテクノロジー,薬剤,アカデミアにおけるジェンダー格差に対処することを目的としている。 The 12-month initiative aims to address gender disparities in biotech, pharma, and academia by fostering professional development and networking. 3 周年を記念して250人以上の会員を擁するWiLDは,スウェーデンとノルウェーの連携を通じてノルディックスを超えている。 WiLD, marking its third anniversary with over 250 members, is also extending its reach across the Nordics through partnerships in Sweden and Norway. 申請は2025年11月1日に終了する.
