Promalt LLCが運営するこの施設は,南コーカサス地方で初めての近代施設で,1万1000トンの設備とスイス製の自動機械が備えている. Operated by Promalt LLC, it is the first modern facility of its kind in the South Caucasus, with 11,000 tons annual capacity and Swiss-made automated machinery. この事業は,公益団体の連携を通じて330.2万ドルを出資し,税及び税関の免除を受けた.
