The Odisha government has approved the Rs 14,182 crore B-MAAN scheme, a five-year plan (2025–2030) to transform the state into a key aviation hub in eastern India. この取り組みは,商業運輸省が率いる事業で,空港とヘリポートのインフラの拡大,UDANとビビティギャップダムの整備,MRO施設の整備,ドローンやE-VTOLの推進,航空貨物ネットワークの強化,広域航空技術の開発に重点を置く. The initiative, led by the Commerce & Transport Department, focuses on expanding airport and heliport infrastructure, improving air connectivity through UDAN and Viability Gap Funding, developing MRO facilities, promoting drones and e-VTOLs, strengthening air cargo networks, and launching large-scale aviation skilling programs. 地域へのアクセスを促進し,雇用を創出し,民間投資を引き付け,包括的な成長を支援することを目指しています.
