On October 23, 2025, Azerbaijan’s Baku Military Court heard written testimonies from 82 Azerbaijani victims unable to attend the trial of Armenian nationals accused of war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, and terrorism. 被害者は,強制的なロシアンルーレットによる殺害,拷問,ジャブライル地区での地雷爆発,殴打,不人道的な拘禁状態など ひどい虐待を語っています. Victims described brutal abuses, including forced Russian roulette resulting in a death, torture, mine explosions in the Jabrayil district, beatings, and inhumane detention conditions. Zeinal Agazeev 判事の監督する裁判所は、数人のアルメニア人の被告に対する訴訟を継続しており、被害者の供述は異議を唱えずに受理されている。 The court, presided over by Judge Zeynal Agayev, continues proceedings against several Armenian defendants, with victims’ statements accepted without objection.
