IIT Madras Zanzibarでモデル化されたこのプロジェクトは,インドの教職員やカリキュラムや学術基準で工学・技術プログラムを提供するとともに,ナイジェリアがインフラや地方の支援を提供するものとする. The project, modeled after IIT Madras Zanzibar, will offer engineering and technology programs with Indian faculty, curriculum, and academic standards, while Nigeria provides infrastructure and local support. また、ナイジェリアのSTEM教育と技術革新の強化、インド・ニジェールの絆強化、国民教育政策2020年の下にインドのグローバルな教育戦略の推進を目指す.
