The 2025 Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival runs October 23–26 at Central Harbourfront, extending nightly hours to midnight, featuring 12 Michelin-starred and Black Pearl-diamond restaurants, a debut stall by top female chef Anne-Sophie Pic, and a new "Taste Pairing" system. 注目すべきは,500種類の希少ワインを展示するBEA グランドワインパビリオン,ミシュラン・スター付きシェフのディナー,ディズニーとドラエモンをテーマにしたゾーン,そしてボルドー城のギフト.
