The Fairmont Tokyo has opened in Minato ward as part of the Blue Front Shibaura redevelopment, transforming a former cargo yard and site of Japan’s tallest building into a mixed-use urban hub. 故プリッツカー賞受賞者フミユ・マキとメルボルンのBAR スタジオで設計されたホテルは,タワーSに217室,無限のプール,スパ,ジム,そして湾や市街の景色を紹介する5つのダイニング会場を備えたタワーSを運営している。 Designed by late Pritzker Prize-winning architect Fumihiko Maki and Melbourne’s BAR Studio, the hotel occupies Tower S with 217 rooms, an infinity pool, spa, gym, and five dining venues offering bay and city views. この事業は,新設の建築法や観光法による都道府県都市再生事業の一環として,住宅,小売店,緑地,新幹線及びブルーフェリー事業等の改善を図るものとする. The project, part of Tokyo’s urban renewal driven by updated building codes and rising tourism, will include residences, retail, green spaces, and improved transit, including a new rail hub and Blue Ferry service. 北塔の建設は,2027年に開始し,2030年度に期待される完全な発展を遂げる. Construction of the north tower begins in 2027, with the full development expected by 2030.
