India has launched the Employees' Enrolment Campaign 2025, running from November 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, to expand social security coverage under the EPFO. 2017年7月1日から2025年10月31日までの間に雇用された従業員は,以前は登録していなかったのに,強制措置を講じずに,雇用主は自発的に登録することができます. Employers can voluntarily enroll workers hired between July 1, 2017, and October 31, 2025, who were previously unenrolled, with no enforcement actions taken. 主なインセンティブは、賃金から差し引かなければ、従業員の過去の積立基金拠出金を免除し、雇用主の負担分と100ルピーのペナルティのみを必要とすることです。 A key incentive is waiving employees’ past provident fund contributions if not deducted from wages, requiring only the employer’s share and a Rs 100 penalty. このキャンペーンは調査対象の施設を含むすべての施設に適用され,参加者は"Pradhan Mantri-Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana"の恩恵を受ける資格があります. The campaign applies to all establishments, including those under investigation, and participants may qualify for benefits under the Pradhan Mantri-Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana.
