The facility, featuring a floating design with a 10.45-meter cantilever, will house 850 employees and welcome up to 2,000 visitors daily. また,中東初の大型自動駐車システムも含め,電気自動車100台を含んだ約1000台,カフェや会議場のある公共空間も含む. It includes the Middle East’s first large-scale fully automated parking system for nearly 1,000 vehicles, including 100 electric ones, and public spaces with cafes and meeting areas. このプロジェクトはドバイのイノベーションと世界的なインタラクション目標を象徴し,2020年7月20日より旧フリーダムパビリオンを導入している. The project, symbolizing Dubai’s innovation and global connectivity goals, incorporates the former Flow Pavilion from Expo 2020. 基礎工事は2025年10月に完了し,UAEの役人が式典に参加した. The foundation work was completed in October 2025, with UAE officials attending the ceremony.
