The inaugural International Barbecue Festival opened in Meysari, Azerbaijan, on October 4, 2025, drawing chefs and culinary experts from over 30 countries. 地方当局及び国際パートナーの支援を受けて、ライブデモや、趣味や技巧、表現、文化のパフォーマンスについて判断する競争的な料理の挑戦を主催した。 Supported by local authorities and international partners, the two-day event featured live demonstrations, a competitive cooking challenge judged on taste, technique, and presentation, and cultural performances. 世界バーベキュー協会と世界シェフ協会のリーダーらが参加し、世界的な美食と文化交流におけるアゼルバイジャンの役割が増大していることが強調された。 It highlighted Azerbaijan’s growing role in global gastronomy and cultural exchange, with participation from leaders of the World Barbecue Association and World Chefs’ Societies.
