Epigenica AB, a Swedish life sciences company, has launched the EpiFinder™ GenomePro, a new tool enabling high-throughput, multiplexed analysis of histone modifications and DNA methylation. hmqChIP技術で開発されたプラットフォームは,ランごとの24個のサンプルを処理し,最低入力,コストの削減,高水準データ品質のゲノム全体で196個の ChIP-Seqプロファイルを生成する. Built on proprietary hmqChIP technology, the platform processes up to 24 samples per run, generating up to 192 genome-wide ChIP-Seq profiles with minimal input, reduced costs, and high data quality. また,コンパクトな設定をサポートし,オープンソースの解析用パイプラインを含みます.
