Romanian cold cuts producer Cris-Tim Family Holding has announced plans to launch an IPO on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, targeting retail and institutional investors. BVBの登録市場のプレミアムカテゴリーを目指す会社を対象に,現行株式及び新株を掲げる. The offering will include existing and new shares, with the company seeking listing on the Premium category of the BVB’s Regulated Market. 創業者のラドゥとクリスティーナ・ティミシュが支配するクリス・ティムは3つの工場を運営し,年間10億ロンの収入を生み出し,欧州17カ国に輸出しています.
