The 40.6-meter rocket, developed by the Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology, has maintained a perfect record since its 1992 debut, carrying 316 satellites for domestic and international clients. 1.3トンの太陽軌道に、あるいは4トンの低周回軌道に配置することが可能である.
