2025年9月21日,オマンの技術応用科学大学は,学術,専門,課外経験を体系的に記録することによって,卒業生の雇用可能性を高めるために"Itqan"プロフェッショナル学生登録を開始しました. On September 21, 2025, the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Oman launched the "Itqan" professional student registry to boost graduate employability by systematically documenting academic, professional, and extracurricular experiences. 高等教育大臣の支援を受けて,このイニシアチブは,インターンシップ,ワークショップ,競技,ボランティア活動,起業家活動等を記録し,学術的目標と結び付けている. Supported by the Minister of Higher Education, the initiative records internships, workshops, competitions, volunteering, entrepreneurship, and other activities, linking them to academic goals. また , 教育 を 労働 市場 の 必要 に 合わせ , 生徒 の 仕事 に 対する 意欲 を 高める こと , 履歴 書 の 作成 を 強化 する 公 の 証明 書 を 準備 する こと を 目的 と し て い ます。 It aims to align education with labor market needs, enhance students’ readiness for jobs, and provide official certificates that strengthen resumes. Itqanは民間部門及び政府パートナーからのインプットで成長し、自主性、資格の信頼性、世界的な競争力をサポートし、UTASの幅広い戦略を反映して学生の成功のための学術的,専門的開発を統合する。 Developed with input from private sector and government partners, Itqan supports self-assessment, credibility of qualifications, and global competitiveness, reflecting UTAS’s broader strategy to integrate academic and professional development for student success.
