ActionAid Liberiaは,Plan InternationalとグローバルファンドのRSSHプログラムからの支援を得て,8カ国の36のコミュニティベースの組織を評価し強化するためのワークショップを開催しました. ActionAid Liberia, with support from Plan International and the Global Fund’s RSSH program, held a workshop to assess and strengthen 36 community-based organizations across eight counties. このイベントは4つの県から参加した30人の参加者が出席し,リーダーシップ,行政,プロジェクトマネジメント,技術的スキル,地域医療アクセスの促進のためのジェンダー対応のアプローチに重点を置いていた. The event, attended by 30 participants from four counties, focused on improving leadership, governance, project management, technical skills, and gender-responsive approaches to enhance rural healthcare access. この取り組みは、 HIV,結核,マラリアに焦点をあてた,回復力のある総合的な医療制度の構築を目指すとともに,CBOの設備の整備や,今後の研修へのフィードバックの統合を目指すことを目的としている. The initiative aims to build resilient, inclusive health systems with a focus on HIV, tuberculosis, and malaria, while supporting CBOs in developing capacity plans and integrating feedback into future training.
