The court, led by Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta, found drinking water unsafe for humans and animals, threatening health and ecosystems. 同書は,公益訴訟を登録し,汚染の危機に対処するよう,インドの最高裁判長に対し,次に掲げる命令を発するよう指示した. It has registered a public interest litigation and directed the Chief Justice of India to issue follow-up orders to address the pollution crisis.
