The closure, effective since September 1, 2025, is seen as a step towards lasting peace, acknowledging Azerbaijan's regained control over its territories. OSCEは2025年12月1日までに行政・技術的な問題を最終化させる任務を負っている. The OSCE is tasked with finalizing administrative and technical issues by December 1, 2025.
