PACEは弱体高齢者を自宅に 留めることを目指していますが 配偶者の死,失業,賃貸の上昇などの要因により 高齢者が家を失いつつあるのです PACE aims to keep frail older people in their homes, but factors like the death of a spouse, job loss, and rent increases are leading to more seniors losing their homes. これにより,PACEは現在,高齢者向け住宅整備事業者や非営利事業者と提携し,総合的な支援を目的とし,療養施設の設置を防止するため,自給自足住宅の建設又は賃貸契約を締結している. In response, PACE is now partnering with housing providers and nonprofit developers to build or lease affordable housing for seniors, aiming to provide comprehensive support and prevent nursing home placements.
