The Madras High Court ruled that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) cannot act freely like a "drone" or investigate every case that comes to its notice. 裁判所は,EDがRKM Powergen Private Ltdから901億円を押収した事件を審理した際,このことを述べました. The court stated this while reviewing a case where the ED seized ₹901 crore from RKM Powergen Private Ltd, linked to a 2014 CBI case over coal block allocation.
