Five aircraft will disperse a special mixture over northwest and outer Delhi, targeting moisture-rich clouds to induce rainfall. デリー政府率いるこの取り組みは,Rs3.21 clresで見積もられ,大気質の向上を目指すものと見積もられているが,効果は一時的なものかもしれない.
