A survey in Uganda shows that most citizens prefer self-funded development and are wary of taxing small traders and the informal sector. 半数以上の(66%)は,国が外部の援助なしで自らの成長に資金を投入し,六6%は富裕層に課税することが公平であると見なしている. Over half (56%) believe the country should fund its own growth without external help, and 66% think it’s fair to tax the rich more. ただし,53%はサービスの減税で,76%は税の義務を理解するため奮闘する.
