Singapore will introduce a new Shared Parental Leave scheme starting April 1, offering eligible working parents six weeks of shared paid leave for children born on or after that date. 2026年4月1日以降に生まれた子供には10週間の休暇になります. The leave will increase to 10 weeks for children born after April 1, 2026. このイニシアチブは,児童期に親の養育を目指すことを目的とし,親の共有責任を奨励し,父親が児童介護においてより積極的な役割を担うことを許可する.
