Originally a flax mill built in 1830, the site later became Kangol's factory, supplying berets during WWII. 2009年から閉鎖されたカンブリアの開発会社 Genr8 Northはカンバーランド評議会の許可を得て,この場所を復活させ,湖区の景色を眺める商業スペースを作成しています.
