ユニバーサル・ソムポ・ゼネラル・インシュアランスとソムポ・ケア・インカーは 提携して インドの看護スタッフを訓練し "国際移動プログラム"の下で 日本で雇用を提案しています Universal Sompo General Insurance and Sompo Care Inc. have partnered to train Indian nursing care personnel, offering them jobs in Japan under the "International Mobility Program." このプロジェクトは,インド技術 インドミッションと一致して,療養所及び日本語(Leve N4)で9ヶ月のトレーニングを実施する. The project, aligned with India's Skill India Mission, provides nine months of training in nursing care and Japanese language (Level N4). 修了後,75人の資格ある医療関係者が日本のソムポの療養施設でフルタイムで働くことができる。 Upon completion, 75 eligible healthcare workers can work full-time at Sompo Care facilities in Japan, addressing the country's need for skilled nursing professionals.
