The Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry expects a shortage of about 250,000 workers by 2026 and 570,000 by 2040. 外国の労働者を引き付けるため,日本は旅行や試験費を負担し,インドネシアにおける看護教育プログラムを設立する. To attract foreign workers, Japan will support travel and qualification exam costs and establish a nursing care education program in Indonesia.
