The song, nearly nine minutes long, recounts a war veteran's struggles with nightmares and insomnia, using real audio from veterans. このアルバムは"Night Terror"も収録し,2009年以来,バンド初のドラムマンマイク・ポートノイの復帰を記録している. The album also includes "Night Terror" and marks the band's first with returning drummer Mike Portnoy since 2009. パラソムニアは2月7日から発足し,バンドは2月にアメリカをツアーする. Parasomnia is due out February 7th, and the band will tour the U.S. in February.
