The Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC) has launched "Rhino Food Xpress," repurposing non-operational buses as food trucks, pharmacies, and other businesses. 在外バスは5年間賃貸し,地方の起業家育成を目指すとともにASTCへの追加収益を生ずることができる. Entrepreneurs can lease these buses for five years, aiming to foster local entrepreneurship and generate additional revenue for ASTC. この取り組みには約60台のバスが利用可能になっているため,汚染を抑制しサービスの改善を図るため電気バスを導入する計画も含まれている. With around 60 buses available, the initiative also includes plans for introducing electric buses to control pollution and improve services.
