South Korea's National Assembly has passed a bill providing state compensation for damages caused by North Korea's trash-filled balloons. 5月以降に打ち上げられたこのバルーンは北朝鮮の反ピョンヤンのプロパガンダに対する報復である. Launched since May, these balloons are North Korea's retaliation against perceived anti-Pyongyang propaganda. 民事防衛法の改正は,健康,財産,生命損害賠償金の支給を許可し,通過から6か月後,その効力を生ずる. The amendment to the Framework Act on Civil Defense allows for compensation for health, property, or life damages, taking effect six months after passing.
