Taipei International Tea Culture Expo features a "Teatime in Tang Dynasty" workshop led by tea expert Tang Wen-jing. ワークショップでは唐時代の茶器具の複製品を使用し,唐学者ル・ユーの"茶の古典"からお茶の作りと飲みの儀式に従います. The workshop uses replicas of Tang-era tea paraphernalia and follows the tea-making and drinking ritual from "The Classic of Tea" by Tang scholar Lu Yu. 茶文化と伝統的な茶飲み方法について現代人に教育することを目的としています. It aims to educate modern people about the origins of tea culture and traditional tea drinking methods.
